Greater than 200 models showcased at car expo

Shaikh Omar Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Zayed Foundation for Charity and Humanitarian Works, yesterday toured the Abu Dhabi International Motor Show 2010, spotting the formal inauguration of the five-day demonstrate.

The show, which opened on Tuesday at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, aspects over 60 exhibitors and showcases more than 200 vehicles.

It also comprises about 20 regional and UAE launches.

Among the wide range of new cars on show, a number of them are building their Middle East debut.

The new five-door compact luxury car, the Range Rover Evoque, is building its regional premier, along with two concept cars, the Toyota FT-86G and Mazda's Kazamai.

Toyota's Zelas is creating its UAE debut, Ford is showing off the 2011 Mustang, and the 2011 Camaro Convertible and XTS Platinum Concept are highlights of the Chevrolet and Cadillac stands correspondingly.

Ferrari, GMC, Hyundai, Jaguar, Lexus, Lincoln, Maserati, Mitsubishi, Peugeot and Subaru are as well present.

The Abu Dhabi International Motor Show is the oldest automobile show in the Middle East.
