TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT SETS UP COMPLAINT CELL

Now days the government is doing much great full needs to all the public. In that case this is one of the useful and valuable needs to our environment.

Finally the Hyderabad transport department has officially placed a Grievance Redressal System (GRS) to tackle the plentiful inconsistencies that is happening during the problem of smart cards.

Mr. Premachandra Reddy the transport commissioner officially announced to the press members that the distressed persons who are affected by the problem can register their problem from September 13.The problems or the complaints can be registered ay ringing 1100 or 18004251110.

As soon as the affected member registers the complaint, the particular person will receive the message in the mobile. After that the compliant will be forwarded to the concerned department regarding the problem and the immediate actions will be taken. If the problem is not solved in the period of seven days .The complained will be straight away passed to the higher officer.

Representative said that the complaint connecting to the learner’s license, driving license, temporary registration, registration, taxation, permit, vehicle check reports, fitness certificate will be addressed by the GRS
